Slightly brush both sides of the slice of Provolone Valpadana Albiero with some olive oil and, if you want an even richer taste, sprinkle some aromatic herbs such as pepper, oregano, or scented spices. Salt slightly and grill the slice on a heated grill.
Serve with grilled vegetables of your choice.
